Is it free?

Yes. This organiser is currently free. Compass Plus is planned for £4.99 a month, but it is not on sale yet.

Where are reminders stored?

They stay in this browser on this device. Carer Compass UK does not receive a copy.

Can I use another phone?

You can open the site elsewhere, but current reminders will not transfer between devices yet.

What if I clear my browser?

Your reminders may be deleted. Keep another note of important dates during early access.

Can I store medical information?

Please do not enter diagnoses, NHS numbers, benefit references, full addresses or other sensitive details.

Does it give professional advice?

No. It is an organisation tool, not medical, legal, financial, benefits or safeguarding advice.
